Envisions Project Foundation is a 501C3 non-profit organization. By instilling a vision of personal growth and professional achievement, we aim to cultivate a generation that not only dreams but also actively works towards becoming the leaders they aspire to be. Together, our foundation envisions a future where first-generation and/or low income student realizes their potential, driven by the conviction that personal development is the key to unlocking limitless possibilities.
Since its inception, Envisions has awarded four college scholarships ranging from $1,000 - $3,000 each to help alleviate out of state expenses before starting their college degree. Most students only receive their financial aid funds once they are in school, leaving a financial gap and burden to cover out of pocket expenses during the summer months. This is often an overlooked financial challenge for first generation low income families; Envisions aims to address this gap.
For first-generation, low-income students venturing out of state for their college degrees presents one of a kind challenges. Our 12-month mentorship program provides a crucial support network that can help navigate unfamiliar academic and social environments. Moreover, mentorship fosters a sense of belonging and confidence, empowering students to fully engage with their education and community, laying a solid foundation for their future success.
Mireya Iglesias Ayala was born in Tucson, Arizona, and raised between Arizona and Sonora, Mexico, Mireya is a proud first-generation Mexican-American who has seamlessly woven her heritage into a tapestry of academic and professional achievements. As a senior at San Miguel High School in South Tucson, she was deeply inspired by the empowering community and the quality resources that were available to her, leading her to live by the school's motto, "Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve."
After graduating from San Miguel as Class of 2015 Valedictorian, she set her sights on higher education and was awarded a full-ride scholarship to Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in Washington, DC. There, she double majored in Marketing and International Business with a minor in Spanish Language, graduating with a Bachelors in 2019.

Her work ranged from developing Super Bowl retail strategies to launching the first candy-flavored Pepsi x Peeps. Despite her rising career, Mireya remained committed to giving back to her roots. In 2021, she founded Envisions Project, announcing its launch during her brother's graduation from San Miguel, fulfilling her promise to support her community.
Now, as a Master of Business Administration candidate at Harvard Business School, Mireya continues to break new ground, poised to further her impact on the world as a future executive leader.
